8 of us went here on Saturday 25th Feb We had a meal in restaurant which was great Can not fault the staff who served us Food Drinks and whole night was fab A big thanks to Rob who kindly carried our deposit over from a Christmas booking that we could not attend
I wrote this review before I went to the spa which turned out to be another bad experience. They have a new policy of not turning on the sauna and steam room till 1.30 pm so they were cold.
Top marks to this lady for personalised service. The leisure facilities were clean, quiet and well maintained. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi were just what was needed. The breakfast was vast with something for everybody. Halal sausages on request and a smoothie station were a nice touch not seen before. The smoothies were nice and the staff took the time to voluntarily share information with you on what was in the smoothie. The stay was a delight with an easy check-in and check out experience. Overall, perfect stay with staff making it a memorable one when the opportunity did arise.
Played some black jack the dealers are friendly. Overall just not a nice atmosphere and everyone miserable
Grosvenor Riverboat is a unique casino located on a boat on the River Clyde. It offers a range of games, including blackjack, roulette, and poker. The casino also has a bar and restaurant, making it a great place to spend an evening out.
If you're not too fussed about the cost, you can easily keep the kids entertained for the whole day.
The rooms are large with great views over the city, mini fridge, and the usual other facilities, the bed is comfortable and feather pillows. We stayed in a standard room, which could do with refurbishment, it looks dated and had shower over bath and a toilet behind the door in the bathroom. Good overall experience but rooms need to be updated in line with the public spaces.
Come here quite regularly. Nicely hidden under the madness of broad Street. Nice relaxed atmosphere with very polite staff They have my favourite beer (Staropramen) on tap too.

..Absolutely zero customer service by being totally ignored by the female bar member with dark hair.. despite me standing at the bar in front of her waiting to be served she looked over me after finishing with her customer and took Liverpool slots the order from a tall man behind me????????. I couldn't help but give her a piece of my mind.
Nice place to have fun and enjoy with family. They have got good food shops and a lot of different shops to chill. Parking is huge so pelo problem for parking.
A great venue, one of the best I've been to for sound quality, food/drink stalls don't seem to take cash anymore tho so bring contactless payment.
Bot happy with there services.also the rooms look bigger on on-line pictures but the rooms are small . As for the services,l offered to pay somthing so that the hotel does something for my finances birthday and the said l shouldn’t pay they offer platters but nothing at all was offered.
I would use it for cricket if teams were playing that l was a fan of. Overall l recommended this place for events especially due to It's central location. Parking is available and there's plenty of it.
